"The program doesn't work."

"No?"

"No."

"Oh."

"Well... why?"

"I don't know.  What error did it give you?"

"Error?"

"Yes, error.  I'm assuming that you know that it doesn't work because you got an error."

"Yeah."

"Well, what was it?"

"Um.  It said 'Failure' or something."

"'Or something'?"

"Yeah."

"Well, then.  Thanks for that exhaustive problem report.  I'll get right on it."
